  • 10 DB Man Maker Variation (Renegade row, Push Up, Ren. Row, Push Up, Clean, FR Forward Lunge each leg, Push Press) AND 500m Row
  • Min 15-30: Max Rds of –
  • 800m Run, 30 Pull Ups, 30 Hollow Rock
  • Min 30-40: Max Rds of –
  • Max Distance Farmer Carry, you choose weight
