Warm Up:
1 mile Partner Med Ball Toss

Roll it out

Strength/Skill: 8 min EMOM of-
Min 1 – 30s Gymnastics Skill
Min 2 – 30s DU or DU Practice

METCON- Tabata Mash of:

  • Mt. Climbers
  • Kips or T2B (RX)
  • Walking OH DB/KB Lunges (RX 45/25)
  • Wallballs (RX 20/14)
  • Renegade Rows (RX 35/25)
