CrossFit and Burn WOD for Saturday 7-29-2017

Class will be combined for a special sandy (possibly slightly wet) workout. Meet at 4th beach, Sandyland and Ash at 9am. If you happen to be a bit late, walk to the water and we’ll be off to the right just a little bit.

Please bring a water, towel and be prepared to get wet, though there will be no swimming. Think ankle deep water. You WILL get sandy.  Feel free to bring a friend as well! Mindbody has been updated to reflect the time and location.
