CrossFit WOD for Tuesday 6-20-2017

Conditioning: Make an effor on the HS holds to get your chest to the wall. Finisher:  You should move through it pretty quick, resting up to a minute between movements. If you have extra time, finish your squats for the day or get caught up. 

Warm Up

200m Run Then 1 Rd Body


Tissue Work w/ LAX Ball in glutes x 60s each

Conditioning METCON- 5 Rounds of:

  • 400m Row @80% Effort, Resting 2:00 between 


5 Rounds of:

  • Chest Facing HS Hold x 10-20s
  • T2B Practice x enough reps to maintain efficiency and cycle reps

Accessory/Finisher – 3 Rds (rest as needed):

1) Single Leg KB RDL x 8
2) DB Hammer Curls x 8-10
3) Hollow Hold x 20s
