METCON- 15 min AMRAP w/ a Partner:

  • 20 Burpees 
  • 20 Alt. DB Snatches (50/30) 
  • 200m Medball Run (20/14) 

3 Min Rest – then 15 Min AMRAP w/ a Partner

  • Max Distance Farmer Carry (70/53)

15 Flutterkicks, 20 DB Curls, 30 Tricep Push Downs
