SDHP and Burpees
KBS and 2x :seconds of plank hold
Frog Press and Supermans
Single Leg DL and Leg Lifts 

(Each couplet is performed as 25 DUs (or 2x singles) and 25 Sit Ups, then 20 of each, 15 of each, etc. Then move to the next couplet).
