June Squat Challenge

100/day for the whole month!

RULES: All warm up, strength and WOD squats count! Including Wall Balls, Goblet Squats, Back Squats, etc. The only ones that don’t count: Squat Cleans and Squat Snatches. There will be a check off sheet at the front desk for you to mark off your squats. If you miss a day, you can make it up. If you do 200 squats one day, you can bank them for the next day and take a day off.
