200m run then: 15 Hollow Rocks, 20 Walking Lunges, 25 DUs, 30 Should Taps, 25 DUs, 20 Walking Lunges, 15 Hollow Rocks

Mobility

5 mins athlete’s choice

METCON- Conditioning – Every 7:00 x 3 sets

  • 1000m Row
  • 75 DUs (3x Singles or 1min attempts)
  • 50 Abmats 

 Skill/Strength – 3 Sets

1) 20 DB Walking Lunges
2) 20 Weighted Russian Twists 
3) 10 Single Arm Push Press, each side
