METCON- Partners -30 min AMRAP of:

  • 12 Hang Power Snatches (75/55) (+115/75)
  • 200m Medball Run 
  • 12 Lateral Burpees over the bar
  • 200m Medball Run
  • 12 Medball Sit Ups
  • **Only go heavy if you are NOT coming Monday, you should be fully rested for Murph
