Metcon: Rest time should be 2+ mins each round. Try to get faster each round. 

Warm Up

Medball Circle – 3 Burpees for drops THEN: 50 Single Unders, 40 Mt. Climbers, 20 Air Squats, 200m Run


Tissue Work – Foam Roll 4 mins

METCON- Conditioning Every 6:00 x 4 sets:

  • 400m Run
  • 25 Air Squats
  • 50 DUs (mod = 60s DU attempts)

*Score= Fastest Split


Front Rack KB Carry – Accumulate Distance w/ partner in 50m intervals in 8:00


Accumulate 2mins side plank or stir the pot
