Metcon: Keep your breath as consistent as possible. Step in/out on burpees to maintain it. For clarification: Row 500m and do 25 burpees, 2 min rest. Row 400m and 20 burpees, 2 min rest. etc.

Mobility

Calf Stretch against the wall x60s each

METCON – Complete For Time (25 min Cap):

  • 500m – 400m – 300m – 200m – 100m Row (Run sub: 400-400-300-300-200)
  • 25 – 20 -15 – 10 – 5 Burpees
  • 2 min rest after each round

Skill/Strength – 3 Rds:

1) 50ft Bottom’s Up KB Carry, each
2) DB/KB Split Squats x 8 each
3) Abs w/ Plate Switch x 30s
