Metcon: Breathing is key, as is pacing. Try not to get overly winded. Run as fast as you can without breathing heavy. Step in/out on burpees if needed. 

Warm Up

400m Run – 8 Burpees – 8 Push Ups – 20 ft. Bear Crawl – 10 Iron Crosses – 10 Squats – 400m Row

3:00 Athlete’s Choice 

METCON- 40 min EMOM of: 

  • 45s Row
  • 45s Bear Crawl 
  • 100m Run  
  • 12 Burpees
  • Rest
