As a trainer and nutritional counselor, I am invested in you. I know that people like to train differently and that different bodies respond to those stimuli in a many ways. I also know that some people need more thoughtful planning of exercises due to limited mobility, injuries, pregnancy, or a myriad of issues. For that reason, I do personal one-on-one sessions and small group (2/3-on-1) training where the goals and focus are specific to you.
Perhaps you’d like to have a more strength-focused session or maybe you’re working on your cardio and HIIT intervals will work better. Like many people, I’m sure you want to get the body back you once had or strut into summer feeling svelte or maybe you just need accountability. Whatever the reason, personal training is defined by you and no one else.
When I come to you, I bring everything we’ll need for your session. Some of the equipment might be: hand weights, kettlebells, resistance or mini bands, TRX straps, or perhaps we don’t need anything as we focus on simple, but effective, bodyweight movements. Whichever route we decide to go for your personalized training, there’s a 95% chance I have the equipment and the experience needed.
Personal training sessions can be purchased by the hour or in packages for savings and an ongoing, directed plan. Each session is 50 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
