Metcon: Keep the same pace throughout. Score is slowest AND fastest split times. Should have 90s rest or more. 

Warm Up

6 mins Abmat Pizza Game (5 Burpees for drops) Then 20 of each: Squats, Sit Ups, Supermans, Lunges

Mobility – Shoulders and back

METCON- Every 5 mins x 5 sets:

  • 400m Run or 15 Burpees
  • 10 T2B
  • 2 Wall Walks 

Skill/Strength – 3 Rds, 60s between 
1) 20s Handstand Holds
2) Russian Twists x 20s Max Reps 

Accessory- 5:00 Tissue Work
