Strength: Don’t forget about the April Challenge!! Metcon: Pick a MODERATE pace and keep with it the whole time. You should have ~20s rest each round. All burpees count towards the challenge. 

Warm Up

500m Row then: 10 of each – Hollow Rocks, Burpees, Sit Ups, Samson Stretch (5 each side), Supermans, Iron Crosses

1. Supinated Grip BB Rows x10 
2. L-Sit x20s
3. Any Burpees and Sit ups you need to complete for the challenge!
