Goblet Squats/Abmats 

Jump Rope/Pike Push Ups 

*1 min Rest Then:

16 minute AMRAP of:

4 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

4  Med Ball Sit Ups

4 Med Ball Cleans

100m Run after each round

*Increase reps by 2 each round, 1 min rest after AMRAP:

6 Burpees

6 Lunge Up, each Leg
