CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. CrossFit is for everyone: men, women, young, old, overweight, underweight, disabled, prior-injury, and everyone in between. It is universally scalable, so workouts, lifts, and movements, can be tailored for each athlete.

CrossFit classes use a combination of barbell/Olympic lifts, gymnastics, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight movements to give you a whole body workout during each hour long class.
