Who is Leah Harding?

And how did she become so awesome?

Bio

There’s nothing in the world of personal fitness or nutrition that Leah hasn’t researched or tried. She got her start with personal training when she was only 20 years old. Since then, it’s been everything you can think of, including yoga, barre, weight training, gymnastics, Judo, veganism, vegetarianism, Paleo, CrossFit, the carnivore diet, and a few more.

She’s distilled all of this experience into a guided experience for people to find what will work best for them. There is no one-size-fits-all plan.

After closing the gym portion of Foxwing Fitness in March of 2018, Leah was freed up to follow her passion for one-on-one nutrition coaching and customized programming.

She has worked with clients for over 10 years who all started out exactly where you are. Some were frustrated and wondering what to do next, while some just needed a bit of accountability.  Some had health issues they were trying to work around (gastric bypass, removed gallbladder, IBS, menopause, etc) while still getting results, and some just wanted to learn more about their bodies. 

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter where you’re coming from; you just need to know that you’re going to get there with Leah’s help.

Leah also uses individualized workouts as a tool to get you to your goals. You’ll no longer have to figure out what to do at the gym each session; just follow along with the programming Leah has written especially for you!

Leah graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Western Oregon University. She is a book worm, wife, mom and dog mom.
